S.M. Arnold 3" x 3" x 5" Sure Scrub 2-Sponge Professional (86-484) is a temperature-responsive scrubbing sponge engineered for controlled contaminant removal in automotive, marine, and industrial cleaning environments. Built from a specialized polyether material, its scrubbing intensity changes mechanically based on water temperature: in cold water the fibers firm up for more aggressive cleaning, while warm water softens the sponge for gentler washing and surface agitation.
Key Features and Benefits:
- Temperature-sensitive texture: Firms in cold water for stronger scrubbing and softens in warm water for gentler cleaning.
- High lubrication capacity: Holds abundant soapy water to promote safer glide on delicate surfaces.
- Contoured flexibility: 3"x 3"x 5"size supports tight-area access and follows body lines and curves.
- Non-scratch performance: Designed to be safe on paint, clear coat, glass, and plastics when used as directed.
- Chemical resistance: Compatible with many automotive soaps, degreasers, and general cleaning solutions.
- Reusable design: Professional-grade build maintains shape and cleaning performance across multiple uses.
