At High Limit Detail Supply™, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Please contact us before sending any items back.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used chemicals
  • Opened or used polishes, compounds, sprays, or liquids
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost.

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

The product arrived damaged, or

The wrong item was shipped
