Malco Bug-Off™ (part 1078) is a ready-to-use insect remover that loosens dried, sun-baked bugs on windshields, hoods, bumpers and grilles so they wipe off instead of scrubbing off. Use it as a pre-treatment before the wash. Malco rates it safe for most paint, glass, metal and plastic, body shop safe and VOC compliant.
How to use (Malco's directions): do not apply to hot surfaces, and do not let it dry. Rinse or wet the vehicle first and re-wet as needed. Saturate the bug area, let it dwell one to two minutes, wipe with a sponge or towel, then rinse. Repeat if anything remains. Test a hidden spot before the first use.
